Delivery
KLASSIK has extensive experience with delivery in both Denmark and abroad. We work closely with reliable shipping companies to ensure that your goods arrive safely.

As standard we deliver to the curb, but we also offer additional services such as drop-off, multi-storey delivery and packaging collection. If you would like one of these solutions, please inform us in advance and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Smaller shipments are often sent with PostNord, GLS or UPS and are typically delivered within five business days in Denmark and up to 14 days abroad. For larger and heavier items, we use shipping companies. If the item is in stock and ready to ship, the delivery time is up to four weeks. If the item has a longer delivery time, you will be notified either on the product page or from an employee when we receive your order.

Insurance can be purchased for your delivery, but it is not included in the shipping price as standard.

If you wish to pick up your order, this can be done at our Flagship Store at Bredgade 3, Copenhagen, or at our Warehouse at Amager Landevej 233, Kastrup. Remember to inform us in advance if you wish to pick up yourself.


Used furniture
When you shop for used furniture, you get unique and authentic products with history and character. At KLASSIK we specialize in original Danish design furniture from 1920-1980, and we are committed to ensuring that each piece of furniture meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Even if a piece of furniture is in stock, it does not necessarily mean that it is ready for immediate delivery. Many of our furniture must first pass through our workshop, where we carry out a quality assurance process. We do not remove patina or what we consider to be original and authentic. If you have specific requests for renovation/checking of your furniture, please let us know.

Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. If you wish to return, you must inform us via email at support@klassik.dk within 14 days.

When you return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. If the item is damaged or has been used more than is necessary to assess its function and properties, we may deduct an amount for depreciation.

You must pay for the return yourself. Smaller items can be sent by regular parcel post, while larger items such as furniture must be returned by courier. The price for returns by courier typically starts from 600 kr. Make sure that the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Returned items must be sent to KLASSIK Warehouse at Amager Landevej 233, 2770 Kastrup. Alternatively, the item can be delivered in person to the same location by arrangement.
