Ordering & payment
You can make a purchase by clicking 'Add to Cart' on the product in our webshop. Once you have selected the desired items, you must confirm your order in the shopping cart located at the top right of the website. During the confirmation process, we will guide you step-by-step to complete your purchase.
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, or MasterCard. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided. We will then process your order. The payment will be charged to your card when the item is collected by you or the shipping company.

Payment authorization
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be authorized immediately. The funds will remain on your card or account until:
1) We charge the amount when we dispatch the item or when the item is collected by you, or
2) The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
For more details about the specific rules for your card, please contact your card issuer.

Prices
All prices include VAT, taxes, and fees and are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) on klassik.dk, Euros (EUR) on en.klassik.dk and Yuan (CNY) on cn.klassik.dk. Please note that KLASSIK handles VAT for used goods. We cover the PBS fee on your behalf when you make a purchase through our webshop.

Shipping & delivery
At Klassik, we have extensive experience in shipping both domestically within Denmark and internationally. When you add an item to your cart, we provide an estimate of the shipping cost to your area. The price may change when purchasing multiple items, shipping to remote islands, or under other special circumstances. If the shipping cost turns out to be lower or higher than initially displayed, we will notify you. By default, we deliver furniture and larger items to the curbside.

Smaller shipments
For smaller shipments, we use PostNord or GLS, with expected delivery times of up to 5 business days within Denmark and up to 14 days internationally, depending on the destination. Please note that during periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer. We always dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

Larger shipments
For larger and heavier items, we send your order through a shipping company. If the item is in stock, the delivery time may be up to 4 weeks. If the item is not in stock (such as items with specified delivery times, which will be indicated on the product page), the delivery time will be an additional up to 3 weeks. Please note that the shipping company will deliver your order to the curbside unless otherwise agreed.

In-store pickup
If you prefer to collect your purchased item, you can do so at any of our stores. Please inform us of your intention to pick up and specify which store you would like to collect from.

Goods with a delivery time
Many of our products require a delivery period as the furniture needs to be upholstered and customized before it is ready for you. On some product pages, you can see an exact delivery time, while other products do not specify a delivery timeframe. In such cases, a representative will inform you of the delivery time once your order has been received and processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the product and other circumstances. Klassik reserves the right to adjust delivery times as necessary and will notify you of any changes.

Returns & right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for items purchased through our webshop, starting from the day you receive the item. If the item is returned in the same condition as when it was purchased, we will refund the full amount to your account. If the item is damaged or used beyond normal handling, KLASSIK reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. Send your notification to support@klassik.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the delivery without providing us with clear notification.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. KLASSIK reserves the right not to accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Please return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You must cover the direct costs associated with returning the item and bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
Larger items and furniture cannot be returned by regular mail due to their size. These must be returned using a shipping company. The cost of returning items via a shipping company depends on the size and quantity of the items but starts at approximately 600 DKK. When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent shipping damage.
We ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently, so you can receive your refund as soon as possible once we have received and inspected the item.

Disclaimer for Errors
We strive to ensure that all information on our website, including delivery times, prices, and stock statuses, is accurate and up to date. However, errors or delays in information may occur for various reasons.
As we work with used and unique items, stock statuses and availability can change rapidly. A product may be sold in one of our physical stores, moved to another location, or altered in some way, resulting in the website not being updated immediately. Additionally, technical issues on the website can affect the display of prices, descriptions, or images, and there may be delays in updating product information, especially when we receive new stock or changes from our suppliers and partners. External factors such as changes in suppliers' stock statuses, transportation problems, or other conditions can also impact the availability of our products and, consequently, the information presented on the website.
If an error occurs in an order—for example, if a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order—we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation and offer a solution, which may involve canceling the order or providing an alternative product. As soon as we become aware of an error, we will correct the information on the website promptly to ensure that all customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.

While we do our best to ensure the accuracy of all information, we cannot guarantee that all details are free of errors. Therefore, Klassik cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses that may result from errors or inaccuracies on the website. We reserve the right to update and modify these disclaimers for errors as needed and recommend that you regularly check our terms and conditions to stay informed of the latest updates.

Partial withdrawal of purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you may choose to return one or more of them, even if they were purchased under a single order. When you partially withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the price of the returned items. Please note that the shipping costs for the entire order are not refunded in the case of partial withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund of Purchase Amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount you have paid to us. In the case of depreciation in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs. Extra costs incurred if you have chosen a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer will not be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
If you have ordered or arranged delivery, and this has commenced before you have exercised your right of withdrawal, the shipping costs will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation that you have sent the item back.

You can also withdraw from your purchase by delivering the item in person to the above address after prior arrangement.
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to purchases made in our physical stores and to custom-made items tailored individually to the customer.

Complaints
When you shop as a consumer with us, the Danish Sale of Goods Act's warranty rules apply to your purchases. You have a 24-month warranty period, which means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or obtain a price reduction, depending on the situation. For the warranty to be valid, the defect must be legitimate and not caused by incorrect use or other damaging actions.
You must file a warranty claim as soon as possible after discovering the defect. Claims submitted within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely. It is important that you have the original invoice for your purchase when making a warranty claim. The item must be returned in secure packaging.

When returning the item, please describe the problem as thoroughly as possible. We do not accept packages sent without handover or packages sent by cash on delivery.

Personal information
We collect your name, address, phone number, and email address in order to send goods to you. Your information is treated confidentially and is never shared or sold to third parties. The personal data is registered with Klassik - Moderne Møbelkunst A/S and is stored for five years, after which it is deleted. The data controller at Klassik.dk is Niklas Søgaard, who can be contacted at support@klassik.dk.
As a registered user with us, you always have the right to object to the registration of your personal data. You also have the right to access the information we have registered about you. These rights are secured under the Danish Data Protection Act, and inquiries regarding these rights should be directed to support@klassik.dk.

Used Goods
Although many of our products may appear new, most of our range consists of used goods. This means that each product is unique and may vary in patina and condition, giving each piece of furniture its own story and character. The patina, which is the natural aging and wear, can enhance the authenticity of the materials and add charm to each piece. Therefore, you can expect our furniture to show slight signs of use that emphasize their unique character.
Additionally, we offer furniture where there may be variations in both leather and fabric types. These variations are due to the natural properties of the materials, such as differences in the texture, color, and pattern of the leather and the durability and appearance of the fabrics. Such variations are not defects but rather evidence of the natural origin and quality of the materials. The small differences make each piece of furniture unique and add special value that cannot be found in mass-produced products.
It is important to understand that these unique characteristics not only contribute to the aesthetic value of the furniture but also to their durability and long lifespan. Natural materials like leather and fabric develop over time, meaning that the furniture will become even more beautiful and characterful with age. We encourage our customers to embrace these natural variations and see them as part of the furniture’s charm and authenticity.
To ensure that your used furniture remains in the best condition, we recommend regular care and maintenance in accordance with the materials used. Our customer service is always available to provide advice and guidance on how to best care for your furniture, so they can enjoy their beauty and functionality for many years to come.

Complaint Access
If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, you must contact Niklas at support@klassik.dk. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to file a complaint, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
