Ordering & payment
You can make a purchase by clicking 'Add to basket' on the product in the webshop. Once you have collected the items you want, you must then approve your order in the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner of the website. Upon approval, we will guide you step-by-step to make the purchase. You can pay with Dankort, Visa or MasterCard. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address you have provided us with. We will then process your order.

The money will only be debited from your card when the goods are dispatched.

Prices
All prices are incl. VAT, incl. taxes and duties in Danish kroner, unless you choose another currency, such as euros. Please note, KLASSIK deals with second-hand VAT. We pay the PBS fee for you when you buy via the webshop.

Shipping & delivery
At KLASSIK, we have extensive experience with shipping in Denmark and abroad, which is why we can always help you with this. The price for delivery varies from item to item, but when you add an item to your basket, we will give you an estimate of the shipping price to your local area. The price may change when purchasing multiple items, for deliveries to non-mainland islands and in other circumstances. If the price changes, you will be notified. Unless otherwise agreed, a delivery will be made with one person on the vehicle who will deliver to the kerbside.

If you have specific requests for delivery, such as a carry-in, please let us know at support@klassik.dk. Please note that this may change the shipping price.

Small shipments
For small shipments, we use PostNord or GLS. You can expect delivery within 5 weekdays in Denmark, and within 14 days for other countries, depending on location. Note, however, that shipping times may be longer during particularly busy periods. We always ship orders as quickly as possible.

Large shipments
For larger and heavier items, we ship your order with a freight company. If we have the item in stock, the delivery time can be up to 3 weeks. If we do not have the item in stock (such as items on delivery time, which will appear on the product), then this delivery time will be in addition to the up to 3 weeks. Please note that the carrier will deliver your order to the kerbside unless otherwise agreed.

KLASSIK does not take responsibility for any customs duties and/or other taxes that may be imposed on goods or shipments purchased and shipped from us.

Pick-up
If you wish to pick up a product you purchased, this can be arranged for at any of our stores. Please let us know that you wish to pick up your order, and indicate the shop at which you would like to pick it up.

Products on delivery time
We have many products that have a delivery time. This is often because the furniture needs to be upholstered before it is ready for you. Some products will show an exact delivery time and others will not be shown on the product, but will be informed by a sales representative when your order is received and processed.

Returns & right of cancellation

A 14-day right of cancellation applies to ordinary products purchased from our online shop. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the product. If we receive the product in the same condition as that in which it was purchased, the full purchase amount of the items (not shipping costs) will be refunded to your account when your return is received. If the product is damaged, or appears to have been used in a manner beyond that in which a consumer would treat the product in a store, KLASSIK reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation.

You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Send your notice of cancellation to Niklas by email at support@klassik.dk or use our standard cancellation form. In your message, clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing delivery of the product without also informing us in advance.

If you decide to exercise your right to cancel your purchase, you must pay the return shipping costs yourself when sending the product back to us. KLASSIK reserves the right to refuse parcels sent as cash on delivery.

You must return your order to us without unreasonable delay, no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the costs directly associated with returning the product to us. Liability for the product becomes yours at the time it is delivered.

By nature, larger products and furniture cannot be returned by ordinary post. These products must be returned with a shipping company. The price to ship such returns depends on the product(s) and quantity thereof, but they begin at about 600 DKK (about €80).
When returning a product, we ask you to ensure that the product is responsibly packaged so that it does not become damaged in shipping.

We reserve the right to correct any errors
We make reservations that there may be mistakes on our website, which may include written delivery times, price mistakes and stock status of items. As we deal in second-hand goods and many unique items, we cannot always guarantee that a product has been updated on the website immediately after the product has, for example, been sold in one of our physical stores, moved to another location or something else. If you are at least in doubt about anything regarding our products, you can always contact us.

Cancelling a portion of a purchase
If you have purchased several products form us, you may return one or more of them, even if they were purchased in a single order.

Note that your shipping costs will not be reimbursed if you cancel only a portion of your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund of purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid to us. In the event that you are liable for a decrease in the value of a product, that amount will first be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding, however, additional costs incurred by your own selection of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered), without unnecessary delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will pay out such refunds to the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to other terms.

We may withhold the refund until receiving the returned product unless you provide us with documentation of your return before that time.

By prior agreement, you may also cancel your purchase by giving clear notice of the same and personally dropping off the product to be returned at the above address.


The rights to cancellation and return do not apply to the following:
- In-store purchases
- Specially produced products customised for an individual customer

Warranty
The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects may apply to purchased products.

As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty when you shop with us. This means that you can have a product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or discounted, depending on your particular situation. Your warranty claim must be justified, and the defect must not be the product of improper usage of the product or other damaging behaviour.

You must make your warranty claim as soon as possible after discovering the defect in the product. Warranty claims made within two months of the discovery of a defect will always be considered timely.

If your claim is justified, we will reimburse you for any (reasonable) shipping expenses you incurred. Always return products in appropriate packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for your shipment so that we can reimburse you for your shipping costs.

When you return the product, we ask that you describe the problem in as much detail as possible. We accept neither non-delivery (pick-up only) parcels nor cash-on-delivery parcels.

Personal information
In order to send items to you, we record your name, address, telephone number, and email address. This information is treated as confidential, and it is neither forwarded nor sold to third parties.

Your personal information will be recorded at KLASSIK A/S and stored for five years, after which it will be deleted.

As a registered person at KLASSIK A/S, you always have the right to object to this recording of data. You also have the right to insight into the recorded information pertaining to you. These rights are granted to you by the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. Send all queries in this regard to: support@klassik.dk.

Used products
While our products may appear to be new, the majority of our assortment consists of used products.
For this reason, note that most items are unique, each in its own way. Their patina and condition may vary. Additionally, in reupholstering furniture, variations in leather and material types may occur. These variations are not errors; they simply demonstrate the genuineness of natural materials.

Complaints
If you wish to complain about a purchase, contact us at support@klassik.dk. If a solution cannot be found, you can file a complaint with the relevant authority provided that the conditions for doing so have been met.

Danish Competition and Consumer Authority
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact support@klassik.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

In order to lodge a complaint, the product or service about which you wish to complain must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for dealing with the complaint.

When you shop at an E-Mærket shop, you can have your case dealt with free of charge - regardless of the amount. Read more here (Danish).
